Summary of Research
As an International Economist, I study the connectivity of the global economy. I believe that events that happen in one country can have far-reaching effects across the world that are worth studying and quantifying. I also believe that one of the main obstacles to gaining a better understanding of how globalization affects our lives is the difficulty associated with measuring its effects. Thus, a part of my research agenda involves innovating and adapting quantitative methods for use with international data and international policy questions.
